1. Overview

Global Heritage Apparel operates a business-to-business wholesale marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts used fraudulently may be suspended.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices shown are wholesale unit prices. Minimum order quantities apply per product. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation; stock allocation happens at confirmation time.

4. Shipping & delivery

Lead times shown on brand pages are estimates. Risk of loss passes on delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report damage within 7 days.

5. Returns

Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for refund or replacement. Other returns are considered case by case and may be subject to a restocking fee.
